Requirements of Operations Manager
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Planning & organisational skills are essential- previous Operations management experience would be favourable.
- HR & Recruitment experience
- Negotiation and adaptability skills
Responsibilities of Operations Manager
- Overseeing all aspects of our operations, from supply chain management and logistics to production planning and quality control.
- Recruiting & managing Staff
- Managing projects from start to finish to ensure they are delivered within timeframe and budget.
- Providing Directors with support.
- Identifying and making cost saving within the company.
- Carrying out Health & Safety audits
Salary
- Starting Salary of £35,000-£40,000 Basic (DOE) + Bonus Scheme OTE £45,000
