Job description
Rapid Renewables is a leading trade supplier of renewable energy solutions for commercial and domestic installations based in Colnbrook, Berkshire. Established in 2022, Rapid Renewables has experienced fast-paced expansion and is now seeking a part-time (20hrs/week) book-keeper to support the company's future development.
This role will involve high-levelled compentency across a wide-range of skills including: time-management, self-motivation and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase invoices and matching to purchase orders
- Preparing supplier payment runs
- Reconciling key supplier accounts
- Liaising with Operations to reconcile stock and distribution costs
- Posting bank transactions and monthly reconciliations
- Credit control
- General administration duties to support the directors
Required Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with suppliers and customers
- Minimum AAT level 1 qualified or qualified by experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in a bookkeeping role
- Full understanding of double entry bookkeeping
- Organised and able to manage own workload
- Self-motivated and flexible attitude
- Strong Excel skills
- Well presented, enthusiastic and reliable
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £15.00 per hour
