Your mission as the Operations Manager (Estates and Facilities), is multi-faceted. First and foremost, you will lead a highly capable team in delivering customer-focused, value for money programs alongside management of a multi-million-pound annual budget for grounds cleaning and facilities. In this role you will ensure cost-effective, yet premium services are provided throughout the organization.
Offered on a permanent 36.25hr per week basis you will work hybrid, supporting your customers and colleagues, attending training or meetings at our offices (Boston, Peterborough, Rushden), or across our geography (Midlands , East of England).
This new role will enable you to make a real difference to communities, offering you variety in work through:
- Ensuring our estates meet all legislative, regulatory, and health and safety standards, providing a safe environment for all.
- Delivery of high-quality and cost-efficient grounds and cleaning services.
- Commencing a facilities management operation within our offices and sites.
