What you will be doing:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Later/Mavrck. As a Marketing Operations Manager (MOps), you will play a critical role in optimizing and streamlining our marketing processes, managing marketing technology systems, and providing data-driven insights to drive our marketing strategies.
MarTech Stack Management
- Oversee and manage marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and other relevant tools
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new marketing tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee contracts, renewals, payment and invoicing with all applicable vendors
- Manage relationship and execution of new CRM and automation platforms
Data Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration and data flow between different systems
- Understanding of database management and experience in maintaining data hygiene, segmentation, and data governance practices.
- Data Privacy and Compliance: Familiarity with data privacy regulations (such as GDPR or CCPA) and best practices for ensuring compliance in marketing operations.
Campaign Management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns across various channels, ensuring proper tracking and attribution
Measurement
- Partner with Marketing Analytics lead to collect, analyze, and interpret 360 marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI
- Provide regular reports and analysis to the marketing team and other stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives
- Standardize and operationalize all channel reporting across marketing team
Experimentation & Optimization
- Analyze existing marketing processes and identify areas for improvement, automation, and scalability
- Develop and implement streamlined processes to increase operational efficiency and align with marketing objectives
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization and providing actionable recommendations

- 4+ years proven experience in marketing operations or a similar role within the SaaS industry.
- You have a bachelor's degree – ideally in marketing, business, operations, or technical field
- Proficient with segmentation, reporting, and how to use data to drive business decisions
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong results orientation, proven record performing to aggressive growth targets
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team and a variety of skill sets
- Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with CRM and automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot Klaviyo, Mandrill, Intercom, Salesforce or other similar platforms)
- Experience with analytics tools and dashboard (i.e. GA, Data Studio)
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.
