We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join the James` Places Group. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing multi-site leadership across the group. You will be working closely with our General Managers and be a hands-on operator coaching and supporting the team to deliver the highest standards whilst ensuring budgeted targets and KPIs are hit.

We require the candidate to be experienced in multi-site operations and have the ability to lead and drive the food & beverage operation across numerous venues within the group.

You will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the varying business models across site and the different requirements for each, in order to maximise delivery.

Reporting to the Operations Director, this position will suit an individual with hands on knowledge within the hospitality sector, particularly high-volume venues and the ability to drive the whole site forward, constantly developing product, service and training standards.

  • People management – Managing, leading and developing an effective team, providing regular feedback and training opportunities, and ensuring effective performance management of the team.
  • Effective communication – the ability to communicate at all levels, maintaining regular communication within the team and seeking feedback.
  • Customer Experience - A strong customer service focus with the motivation to consistently drive high service levels. Creating an environment that delights customers, actively seeking customer feedback and making appropriate changes, dealing effectively with any customer complaints and monitoring to identify and remedy any trends.
  • Team Player - works well as part of the team, hands on.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £45,000.00 per year
