We are looking for someone who is detail orientated, organised and personable to take on the role of Operations manager. Our ideal candidate will enjoy problem solving, have leadership qualities and a can-do attitude. They will have the experience of organising resources for temporary onsite works and enjoy working in a role with a mix of administrative and hands on responsibilities. They will stay calm under pressure and take pride from others being able to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
Their primary responsibilities are to enable Production activities in our warehouse and oversee the delivery of equipment and goods to our onsite teams. To enable this, they will manage an established Operations team to prepare equipment, receive goods and carry out warehouse activities. As a member of an established Logistics team, they will attend planning meetings to understand a jobs requirement and advise on operational best practices. For the successful candidate we offer the opportunity to acquire new skills and influence the way we complete in house and onsite operations.
