Hotel Colessio is situated in Stirling and offers 39 bedrooms along with dining, wedding and conference facilities. We are looking for an Operations Manager with extensive food and beverage experience to join our friendly, busy team.
- The Operations Manager is responsible for the effective operational management of the F&B department, rooms management, conference, banqueting & FOH.
- To ensure quality standards throughout the hotel.
- Working alongside the General Manager and the Heads of Departments to drive revenue and exceed guest satisfaction targets.
- Assist the development of departmental budgets and other short- and long-term strategic goals.
- Plan, direct and coordinate the service delivery of all operational departments in order to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Implement and comply with hotel and company Service Standards
- Ensure that costs are controlled throughout the operational departments and results are analysed regularly to highlight problem areas and take appropriate action
- Hold regular briefings and communication meetings with the team
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate people management skills, attention to detail and who is enthusiastic and energetic with the ability to plan and direct the operations of the hotel.

Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
