P/T Operations Manager post - paid pro-rata for 3 days per week
Home-Start Wessex has been growing and developing over the past few years and now has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join the team and support the CEO. This is a newly created role which will involve undertaking the day to day operational management of the scheme, providing line-management, leadership and advice to all family support and office staff, leading the team to support more families with our life-changing intervention and services, and producing evidence of the organisation’s impact on people’s lives.
We are seeking a highly skilled, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who has relevant health and social care qualifications and experience, and the ability to continually motivate and lead a team of professionals working with vulnerable children and families. The successful candidate will be passionate about helping families through times of crisis and supporting parents and young children who are experiencing a range of difficulties.
The post will primarily be based at our offices in Kinson, Bournemouth.

The starting salary is £33,820 FTE and will be paid on a pro-rata basis.
