An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health Care Support Worker to join the Specialist Palliative Care Service based in our 10 bedded in patient unit at Cornhill Macmillan Centre, Perth Royal Infirmary, Perth.
We are seeking an individual to join our professional and dedicated team. The post-holder will be responsible for contributing to the care and support of patients and their families as part of an agreed plan of care and as part of the multidisciplinary team. You will be required to be undertake duties without direct supervision, work in partnership with patients, carers and other professionals / agencies in line with legislative frameworks, agreed standards and clinical policies. You will be supported to enhance your skills and knowledge and have access to training. You should have an interest in working within this specialist field and nursing people who have life limiting conditions.

2x 30 hour Permanent
1x 21 hour Fixed Term/Secondment 12 months - Written approval must be sought from your line manager prior to applying for this secondment. You will be required to bring this if shortlisted for interview.
