THE JOB:
You will be responsible for overseeing the running of two beautiful shops in leafy West London.
You will need to be a self starter who can just get on with it, without lots of guidance and direction.
You will be need to recruit, train and develop two small and passionate teams. The whole business needs an injection of positivity and energy, which you would need to have by the bucketload.
You would ideally have some experience in a grab & go/coffee/retail environment as opposed to just restaurants, but not 100% essential. Financial experience with setting and creating budgets would be ideal too.
This role is super exciting as could lead to MD or business partner.
the shops are not open at night, so only a day time role. You should be happy to be hands on initially to get the teams' training and development up to scratch, but after that, you will be more strategically driving the business.
Would really suit an Ops Mgr from a coffee or gran & go business. or maybe a strong GM from a bug restaurant but with some coffee/retail experience.
