What is the role?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Client Services Administrator, working as an integral part of our Operations team.
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for supporting our clients and delegates to ensure on time and quality delivery of projects, this includes, general administration duties, involvement in relevant client projects and occasional venue support.

Located in the East Midlands, the role will be based at our Development Centre in Colwick, Nottingham with the flexibility to work from home.
Working as part of the operations team, the principle accountabilities and responsibilities of the role are…
- Administering the planning & booking of all training & consultancy activities via Client Relationship Management system
- Project Management and coordination of client facing projects such as workshops, online training and assessment centres ensuring high levels of service & quality standards
- Liaising with our associate team via phone and email to book them for client projects
- Communicating effectively and proactively with PDW team members of all levels to ensure people are informed and projects run on time and to a high standard
- Acting as a key point of contact for incoming telephone calls and general enquiries
- Coordination of delegate & associate accommodation and client workshop logistics, both in and outside of the venue
- Production and organisation of client workshop/system preparation and follow up training material
- Client workshop management – including sending out joining instructions using our systems to manage this
- Utilisation and maintenance of our internal systems & documentation
- Part of a multidisciplinary team with the expectation of covering Feedback Services platform, Client Support Desk, Venue Coordination & other duties as and when required
