Store Expansion & projects
- Actively participates to achieve Le Labo’s expansion by being responsible for aspects of planning, critical path coordination and project delivery.
- Supports achieving project budgets by keeping an eye on costs.
- Supporting line manager with communication with shopfitters, design team and any other third parties involved in projects.
- Reviewing and setting store contracts alongside the procurement team.
- Supports line manager with all other business projects on the roadmap.
- Develop strategic partnerships with all levels of the business, particularly with other territories, and maintain productive relations with stores and your colleagues.
Compliance, processes & coaching.
- Create and maintain with the support of your line manager written processes/procedures for best practice, consistency and reduced tasking tailored to each territory and specific needs.
- Contributes to reduce stock loss by supporting on stocktakes, running in store shrinkage reports and investigates findings.
- Collation of measurable tools to identify opportunities/ training requirements.
- Protect the assets of the business by ensuring each location meets the required company standards across all fields.
- Ensure operating processes are carried out correctly within each market and regularly sample.
- Support the team to maximise sales potential by the correct use of all resources, team motivation and contribution.
- Act as the main point of contact for stores for any operational topics.
H&S and maintenance
- Ensures quality, customer care and Health & Safety standards are met at our locations.
- Responsible for in store facilities and risk Management to ensure no stores present any risks and meet all regulations for audit purposes.
- Assists with POS updates and IT procurement for new stores as well as breakfix for existing openings.
- Works alongside IT teams to ensure all issues are dealt in a timely manner.
