Eson2 provides expert property management services to landlords in the UK and abroad, and we work to find the right property for people struggling to get accommodation in London’s chaotic and confusing real estate market.
The Role:
As Operations Manager, you will be working in the central London office, in the heart of Knightsbridge, servicing a portfolio of central properties in London.
The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable at multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.
Responsibilities:
· Manages the growth and success of the team.
· Efficiently managing a portfolio properties to ensure that the lettings process is stress free for our managed clients.
· Offering organised and accurate daily administration.
· Managing the booking and monitoring of contractors as they carry out works across the portfolio
· Transferring utilities at the start of a tenancy and arranging payment of outgoings including final utility bills and service charges
· Extensive quality control to ensure all necessary documentation is in place at the tenancy outset
· Sending out check in reports to landlords and tenants and resolving any discrepancies
· Managing any change of occupancy process
· Ensuring safety certificate compliance across the portfolio
· Liaising with the landlord, tenant and registered contractors over maintenance issues, ensuring all parties are regularly briefed
· Organising quotes and overseeing these larger scale works
· Liaising with Building Management companies over communal issues
· Arranging and issuing property inspection reports
· Managing the checkout process
· Advising and negotiating any deposit settlement or raising a dispute with the relevant deposit scheme
· Drawing up legal notice for any possession recovery of the property
· Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis.
· Apply new procedures and add software to improve the process.
· Supervise the cleaners.

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within property management industry
- In-depth knowledge of housing licenses and regulations is essential
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask

Salary: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
