Operations Manager Location: Great Blakenham, Full time, Permanent.
Benefits: Salary up to £35k (depending on experience) + eligibility to our profit sharing bonus scheme. 25 Days Holiday, plus Bank holiday Entitlement, Contributory Pension (4%), Staff Purchase Scheme, Onsite Carpark, free Tea & Coffee, Mon-Fri.
We are now recruiting for an Operations Manager to join us on a permanent basis, come and be part of our promises to our customers, help us fulfil them!
About the role: You will be required to lead the warehouse team to complete daily pick and put away operations. Arrange efficient and timely deliveries to customer premises using our own vehicles and carriers. You will be responsible for Health and Safety, working to budgets, working to company rules and procedures, implementing new processes and procedures. You will be able to work with the Inventory Team to ensure that stock levels are accurate and ready for pick. Work with the site manager to ensure Health and Safety policy is correct and adhered to. Work with the site manager to ensure O’licence regulations are complied to.

You may already be a manager looking for a change, or you could be an experienced supervisor looking for your first management role. To be successful in this role you should have:
Previous warehouse/retail leadership experience.
Good working knowledge of Outlook & Excel.
Good time keeping and organisational skills.
A capable mindset, with a can do attitude.

Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
