We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to work for our leading SAAS provider. The Product Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the Product Management team in shaping the Product operations capability, managing and evaluating the Product tooling and helping build a successful cross-functional team.
This is a remote based role with flexibility to attend client meetings as and when required.

Key Responsibilities for the Product Operations Manager
- Works closely with Technical Director to architect and implement effective, scalable product development processes for all development type projects based on an Agile approach
- Responsible for finding the most effective way to deal with repetitive processes such as user feedback analysis, sprint planning and product road mapping for the sake of saving time and other valuable resources.
- Supports the Technical Director in successful cross-functional execution of ongoing product roadmap process and review
- Standardising business processes, such as planning, estimating, and reporting, to facilitate product development
- Works with the Technical Director to oversee development and adoption of the Product Management tech stack, including sourcing, recommendation, implementation, and process integration of recommended software such as DevOps, MIRO, and Roadmunk and others as suggested
Key Experience for the Product Operations Manger
- Expert level knowledge of agile product management methodologies and experience of using within a digital / mobile product or service environment
- A passion for architecting implementing scalable business processes that drive continuous operating improvements
- Strong bias towards action to efficiently drive development projects to conclusion through proactive planning, extremely high attention to detail, and holding stakeholders accountable
- An expert coach who has a passion and disposition for coaching team members on using new processes and tools
- Strong proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Experience in offering a strategic, creative, and people-centered approach
