Job description

A Digital Marketing Specialist will manage all stages of digital marketing campaigns including web development, search engine optimisation, paid social media campaigns, media buying, and email marketing. This includes:

  • Plan, execute & manage paid media campaigns across paid search & display channels.
  • Provide channel strategy input & recommendations to meet brand objectives & KPI goals.
  • Perform ongoing campaign optimisations & provide recommendations for performance improvements (audience targeting, keyword research, competitive insights, creative recommendations, etc.)
  • Write ad copy for paid search.
  • Assist with weekly & monthly paid media reporting and campaign analyses.
  • SEO reporting and keyword tracking to ensure paid and organic strategies complement each other.
  • Stay updated on industry trends & best practices across managed ad platforms & channels.
  • Website and social media audits.
  • Sentiment analysis and Digital benchmarking.
  • Digital Network Mapping.
  • Use analysis to report to and inform creative team.
  • Working closely with others on the campaign team to ensure assets such as ads, landing pages and campaign emails are set up correctly, with best practice in mind, and on-brand for our client.

The skills and qualifications required to fulfil the role of Digital Marketing Specialist are:

  • Minimum 3+ years previous experience within digital advertising/media buying (agency experience preferred).
  • Experience with Google DTM/Adwords, Meta Ads, and Twitter ads platforms (Google Ads Certified preferred).
  • Familiarity with tracking tools (Preferably Falcon.io/Brandwatch).
  • Experience using the Adobe suite of products and/or other CMS or content creation tools.
  • Update-to-date on digital marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency with excel.
  • Detail oriented & data-driven.
  • Ability to quickly learn and process information.
  • Organisation and time management skills.
  • Professional drive and a strong desire to learn.
  • Light experience/interest in website development.

Contract includes up to 30 days overseas (Europe) - travel days, flights, accommodation and food stipend covered.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months

Salary: £4,000.00-£4,500.00 per month

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
