At The Pet Crematorium Larkhall in Lanarkshire, we are looking for an Operations Manager who wants to make a real difference to people's lives especially at a time when they need us most, who understands that doing the right thing and looking after and leading our people who then in turn look after our customers, is the key to class leading service.

The successful Operations Manager will assist us with our vision to provide pet owners with the kindness, respect and dignity that they would wish to receive themselves, during what is often the most difficult time for many animal lovers. In this position, with the guidance & support of an experienced off-site Site Leader, you will be leading the Larkhall site team on a day to day basis, with an extremely varied role contributing your skills, experience and knowledge to make sure that our crematorium is running seamlessly whether that's planning routes for our Drivers, completing site checks, monitoring H&S, leading team meetings, doing regular 121's, recording incoming waste or ensuring our Customer Service Advisors are providing excellent customer service plus all other parts of leading a successful team and site.
In addition to a salary up to £35,000 DOE you will also receive a full range of benefits including:
- Fully funded training towards a WAMITAB Level 4 High Risk Operator Competence (leaving you fully competent to run the site)
