We are looking for Full-Time staff to join the CX Team at our Livingston Head Office.

The Person:

The Role:
  • Customers can contact us if they want to buy something or if they have a problem. In either case we treat every customer with a sense of fairness and individuality
  • Effectively engage with customers via our live chat services
  • Deal with service related queries through various social media platforms including WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger
  • Deal efficiently and professionally with customers via phone and email
  • Help our high street stores with any problems or queries

Training for the position requires working shifts in the office therefore candidates must be able to travel to our Livingston Head Office.
Once training is complete, we offer the option of office / remote hybrid working and future porgression opportunities across the department and business.

About the location

Neilson Square is the home of our original warehouse and distribution centre, as well as many head office functions. Situated in Livingston, our site is in-between Edinburgh and Glasgow and very easily reached by car and public transport.
