You’ll work closely with all services to help shape and monitor onboarding activity, acting as a central point of contact for this vital work. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to create opportunities and use your insight and expertise, as well as evidence from critical employee interactions to help create and shape a great working environment where people can thrive.

Some of the key duties will include:

  • You’ll help oversee and implement MioCare’s recruitment and retention strategy and ensure our processes and systems are in line with best practice and meet the expectations of the Care Quality Commission and our own safe recruitment standards.
  • You’ll act as the central co-ordination point for onboarding activity for the Group, implementing and monitoring applications through an applicant tracking system, and working with hiring managers across all services to ensure a great experience for all candidates.
  • You’ll be proactive in establishing links with external agencies to promote and develop recruitment opportunities across the Group.
  • You’ll help design and implement a comprehensive onboarding and induction programme suitable for all roles and services to help our new employees thrive.
