Job description
We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager in our Northwest Region (Bay Area, Oregon, Washington, Boise, ID) with exceptional analytical and communication skills.
Budget Management:
- Management of team approvals
- Regular reporting and analysis for team leader
- Team liaison to internal Finance and Accounting teams
- Develop and maintain agenda and other meeting materials for team and leadership meetings
- Present meeting content, as needed
- Ownership of team communication channels (email, Slack, etc.)
- Maintain team’s intranet site
- Assist in drafting team communication for team leader
- Manage and monitor team recognition programs
- Manage and organize a variety of team events – team building, training, etc.
- Oversight of onboarding process for Digital Solutions new hires
- Management of team training access for all systems trainings
- Team liaison to HR for performance management
- Oversee administrative professional who supports executive team
- Assist team leaders in driving branding and business development initiatives by acting as team liaison to our internal marketing, business development, and contract teams, as needed
- Process owner for client appreciation activities, with team leader oversight
- Assist team leader in project managing large branding events
- Weekly summary reports including power point presentations to Partner Team
- Responsible for compiling detailed monthly metrics with analysis and commentary
- Responsible for content development, under guidance from Service Line Leader for Quarterly business review meetings, and taking a leadership role during the meetings
- Assist team in building new or improved reports, as needed
Desired Skills & Experience:
Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Specific Excel skills desired include ability to work with pivot tables, large data sets, and reporting at a management level
