We are looking for an experienced and innovative Operations Manager to lead and build our growing multi-agency social prescribing and virtual hub services across North Somerset based on the 5 Ways to Wellbeing and the What Matters to Me approach.
The Pier Health Social Prescribing Services is now a well-established partnership between Pier Health Primary Care Network, Citizens Advice North Somerset and Alliance Homes, delivering high quality social prescribing services to patients within Weston, Worle and the Villages. Now into its fourth year, we aim to support in the region of 1,300 clients per annum.
Under the community banner of North Somerset Together, the Virtual Hub Proof of Concept is a collaborative partnership between Citizens Advice North Somerset, Curo Housing Association, Alliance Homes, North Somerset Wellbeing Collective, North Somerset Council, Woodspring Locality Partnership and One Weston Locality Partnership with Citizens Advice North Somerset as the lead agency. The Virtual Hub provides a one-stop connector service for the wide range of community related support with an emphasis on loneliness and social isolation and the wider determinants of health.
Locations: Office location in Weston-super-Mare / home working and various locations across North Somerset
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (part time / job share considered)
