Operations Manager- Nottingham- Up to £35,000- Permanent

Cherry Professional are exciting to be supporting a new operational service within the social care sector based within the outskirts of Nottingham. The office is easily accessible on public transport, with amenities close by. This role is a brilliant opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business.
Key Responsibilities
Full 360 implementation of Operations processes
Recruitment of new starters, posting job adverts, sending out offer letters, contracts of employment
Processing DBS checks
Preparing the information for payroll
Processing invoices for payment
Raising purchase orders
Updating spreadsheets
General office administration
Answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries
Ideal Candidate:
Strong commercial and operational experience
Basic Finance knowledge
Basic knowledge of HR practices
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Forward thinking individual who can work autonomously
Senior Administration skills
Organised and efficient
Strong IT skills – the client use Apple Mac and full induction training
