This role sits within our Allianz Musical business and as a member of the Musical Insurance leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of our musical insurance customer care centre and claims service. With c15 people working as a virtual team across UK and India, your focus is to provide the necessary leadership and coaching of team members needs in order to deliver the personalised and caring service our customers expect from Allianz Musical.
Key responsibilities:
Through the coaching and motivation of your team leaders, you and your leadership team will work with team members to deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers as measured through customer feedback, complaint resolution and reductions, and NPS.
Alongside daily service delivery, you are expected to explore and define opportunities to improve the customer experience, improve productivity and create a high performance working culture.
The Operations Manager is one of four leadership roles governing the Musical business. The successful candidate will be someone who is naturally inquisitive, delivery focused, and likes to take the lead. A good collaborator and confident decision maker who will also enjoy the autonomy and variety this role provides.
Experience required:
- Previous contact centre or claims operation experience within insurance/regulated environment
- Coaching and developing team leaders and team members
- Managing operational delivery alongside service improvement and change
Skills required:
- Strong coaching, motivating, and people development skills
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Ability to communicate with team and senior stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Strong written and spoken English
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
