About You
To be successful in this role, you will have operations experience gained within a fast-paced distribution environment. People are key to our business so you will demonstrate a people focused approach and have previous experience of leading and motivating a team. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate where you have resolved resource issues, managed to KPI's, operated in line with standard operating procedures and increased productivity levels. You will be an effective communicator who is able to work collaboratively and demonstrate behaviours in line with our company values.About Us
