We are an established and successful charity providing hospice care for children with life limiting conditions and their families in the South West of England. About the job:*
Little Harbour provides a beautiful, homely and welcoming setting for our families, and in this role, you will lead and support your teams (kitchen, housekeeping, administration and volunteers) in ensuring that our families have a gold standard guest experience during their time with us. As part of a supportive and collaborative Care Management Team, you will contribute to the smooth running of the house, supporting the operational running of the hospice and service whilst working closely with the Head of Care to ensure all business and governance requirements are met.

The Successful Candidate:*
With a strong background of running an operational service, ideally within a healthcare setting. You will be an experienced and motivational team leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent knowledge and understanding for the business and governance requirements with a commitment to achieving consistency across all the hospices.
