About The Role
We are looking for a driven, focused, and highly organised Operations Intern who will work directly with the CEO, and provide support for the international team. This is a great opportunity to work at the heart of an exciting international and high-growth start-up. This is a varied role that will give you a great introduction to what it is like to work in a startup environment. You’ll be given lots of opportunities to quickly build your skills in operations and project management; while working directly with a team of exceptional experts from the medical, research, technological, and entrepreneurial fields.
Typical daily responsibilities will include managing weekly operations, logistics, and task tracking. You will have an opportunity to understand the product, and the company strategy and engage with research, implementation plans, and delivery. We are moving at high speed across diverse and high-impact projects and will provide you with immense opportunities for initiative, creativity, and leadership.
Please note, this is a 3-month flexible (terms to be agreed wit you) voluntary role. You will be compensated for travel, and there is potential for a limited stipend (depending on your level of experience). However, with time, and as you internalise the ethos of the company and demonstrate your capabilities and willingness to grow, you will have every opportunity for long-term opportunities for progress.
