Help Desk Support
The role of the Help Desk Support will be responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with a specific and large client who we serve on a daily basis. A strong emphasis on quality, honesty and always providing the highest possible standards is a must.
Core responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the day to day engagement with our client (face/voice of the business)
- Dealing with all inbound enquiries such as telephone, email and across all operational, quoting and contract queries.
- Creating jobs onto internal software following client instructions.
- Scheduling jobs once confirmed with tenants.
- Work within the wider operations team to improve customer experience.
- Liaising with clients on quote requests, job queries and contract admin
- Regular dialogue with clients and tenants (telephone)
- Updating and managing client portal

Salary: From £30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Sevenoaks, TN13 1DB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
