Products and Scheduling Group Manager
Salary: £42,000 - £56,800
Location: Cambridge & hybrid working [1-2 days per week in the Cambridge office)
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract, full time [35 hours per week]

We have a Products and Scheduling Group Manager position available in Cambridge International Operations. We are looking for colleagues with leadership flair and operational aptitude to take on this important and exciting role.

About the role
Our Operations team manages a wide range of production activities that serve and support internal stakeholders and ultimately our customers. The Product and Scheduling Manager will provide leadership and direction to the group as a whole and will specifically support and manage the Assistant Manager and their teams; ensuring and enabling process delivery, quality of output, continuous improvement, and staff development.
As a manager, you are integral to these activities, having oversight and ownership of a collection of processes. Responsible for planning and organising ‘business as usual' activities for the team to ensure that as well as hitting targets, our actions are aligned with the bigger picture.
Broadly speaking, being a Products and Scheduling Manager in Operations involves:
- Creating the direction and vision of the team in line with company strategy.
- Attending meetings with senior management across the group as CI Process SME/BPO.
- Working closely with the Assistant Manager to form flexible, collaborative teams to ensure that all standards are met, and the team tasks are delivered to the agreed schedules.

About you

In order to oversee day-to-day activities as well as provide support and advice to Senior Leadership Team, you will have a solid experience and understanding of:
- Managing complex bespoke processes, meeting multifaceted business requirements to consistently high levels of accuracy.
- Scheduling environment involving creation of bespoke items for multiple countries.
- Product reference data set up, including but not limited to configuration of all elements of an individual syllabus, creation of group awards, scholarships and product ranges.
- Advanced knowledge of EPS and working knowledge of SAP is essential for this role.
