An exciting opportunity has arisen within Albatross Travel for someone to take their first steps towards a career with us as an Operations Focused Administrator.

Working in a dynamic team you will be providing administration support to our Operations Focused Tour Coordinators and Attractions and Events Coordinators in line with customer and supplier needs and deadlines, and by doing so helping ensure that working with Albatross is effortless.

This is a full-time role, initially based in our head office in Larkfield. Normal hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm.

Your Responsibilities-

  • Obtain customer rooming lists, via TC, inputting into the booking system and sending to suppliers in line with the deadlines.
  • Request Tour Information from customers and ensuring information is passed to all relevant suppliers.
  • Obtain tour updates from customers, when required and assist with inputting sales updated
  • Screen departmental calls, when necessary.
  • Assist team with extra and special room requests.
  • Action ferry confirmations for the team including checking, attaching, and sending customer ferry confirmations. Applies to P&O, Eurotunnel, Stena Line, Irish Ferries & DFDS for day sailings only. Crossings with cabins will remain with the TCs.
  • Assist with chasing attraction suppliers for booking space.
  • Adding confirmations of attraction bookings onto booking system.
  • Additional administrative support when required across B2B Support Team.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace and workplace.
  • Any other functions the company requires.
