Position: Operations First Line Manager
Location: Worcester WR4 9FA
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, rotational, 05:45am - 14:15pm / 14:15pm - 22:15pm (required to work 1 Sunday every 4 weeks)

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Performance and motivation of the team through regular performance dialogues, scheduled 1-2-1's as well as ad-hoc communication and engagement.
- Managing at team of 5 - 110 colleagues.
- To coordinate and provide support and information in the running of safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve the operational standards and defined outcomes for your area of responsibility during shift.
- Responsible for running the department.
- Ensuring reports are complete, working on WMS and CPM.

- Line Manager experience
- Logistics experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel
- Knowledge around Continuous Improvement
