The Stationary Engineer is responsible for providing repair service and general maintenance of the hospital physical plant, equipment, buildings and grounds. Operates, and maintains hvac, electrical, steam, hot & chilled water plumbing, systems and equipment. Requires participation in company mandated programs. Attends all required departmental, and hospital-wide meetings. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum:
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in hospital, building or mechanical maintenance or construction work or related experience preferred.
Licenses / Certifications:
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Clear Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (CPI Card) – within 6 months of hire or transfer to position
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification - preferred
Pay Range: $20.15 - $25.82
Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience
