POSITION DESCRIPTION

At Saint-Gobain off-site Solutions we are hiring for an Operations Engineering Manager to work in our OSS division, helping to deliver on Projects, system maintenance and solution finding.
The OSS (Off-Site Solutions) division comprising of Pasquill, Scotframe, Roofspace and Intrastack covers 10 manufacturing sites across England and Wales. These brands offer a unique combination of products to the construction industry helping our customers overcome challenges whilst improving the quality of their build and delivering more effectively with reduced risk.
This is a remote role within England, Scotland, or Wales (Company car provided).
What you will be doing:
- TPM activities on the sites, both AM and PM
- Project Work in conjunction with the continuous improvement team
- Equipment reliability and ensuring plant equipment is maintained to a high standard
- Capital expenditure/large repairs
- Using data to make informed decisions and long-term actions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
What we’re looking for:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products (especially excel)
- A proven track record in specifying equipment and/or maintaining equipment
- Skilled project manager with proven experience
- An understanding and experience of implementing a TPM program
- Drive to improve, not just maintain the current
