About the Role
In this role you as Operations Director you will plan, develop and ensure the delivery of performance plans to meet agreed budgets and quality assurance for our domiciliary care services across the UK.
You will be able to establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring all necessary aspects of operational management and development with a high focus on compliance against the key regulations of the Health & Social Care Act.
You will manage and develop Area Managers and other direct reporting staff as well as liaising with other functional managers to ensure they are fully aware of the business' purposes and achievements.
About You
We are looking for:
- Extensive demonstrable experience of management at a senior level in the care sector
- Experience of working within a profit and loss environment and working within agreed budgets
- Fully conversant with national care standards and regulations
- Outstanding leadership and people management skills
