We have an exciting development opportunity for a highly motivated, well planned, and organised individual to join our National Accounts Team, where you will be coached and mentored on how to strengthen existing business relationships, learn business planning skills and how to maximise sales and profit for Autosmart and our network of independent business owners. This is a varied, fast paced role, with career development opportunities, where no two days are the same.

What will I be doing every day?

• Getting out and about visiting your customers as well as days on-site working closely with our support services team based at Norton Canes, Cannock
• Developing and using your strong communication and account management skills to build customer relationships
• Identifying development opportunities within existing multi-site customers such as car dealerships, plant hire, vehicle rental and waste management companies
• Working closely with our unrivalled franchisees to deliver our market leading products and service, with real cost and efficiency savings for our customers

Our National Account Manager will:

• Be keen to develop through on job learning, coaching and open to feedback with a positive, can-do attitude
• Have experience in telesales, field sales or an account management background
• Bring excellent rapport and relationship building skills, with a calm manner
• Have proven organisation and time management skills
• Live within an hour commute of Norton Canes, Cannock and be comfortable with a mix of office time, and regular travel across the UK, with some overnight stays
• A passion for all things Automotive will be advantageous but not essential
