Keystone Care are pleased to be supporting a reputable elderly care provider with their search for an experienced Operations Director to join their senior management team.
We are looking for an inspirational leader, who is able to direct and manage service and business operations across Wales. You will be responsible for all aspects of operations within Wales and ensure that the highest quality of care is delivered in each service.

As an integral member of the senior management team you will big part of implementing strategic plans within the organisation. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director.
