Just has an extensive panel of High Court enforcement companies covering every square inch of England and Wales, each panel member is trained, monitored and audited to ensure excellent service, delivery standards and compliance. As a digital marketplace that sits between creditors and enforcement providers, Just has its own Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer and instructs enforcement agencies under its own authority to act and only after the initial compliance processes have been followed.

Purpose of role
Responsible for the processing of new and existing cases received from clients and following the cases through the high court process using the case management system. This role carries significant interaction with customers, and close relationships with clients and panel members.
Responsibilities
· Monitoring multiple inboxes and responding appropriately to emails within SLA
· Processing of new client instructions and liaison between multiple third parties
· Extensive case management, working to both individual client requirements and standardised processes
· Query investigation and resolution
· Allocation of cases to Panel Members
· Appropriately dealing with incoming and outgoing calls, speaking with both consumers, clients and panel members.
Key skills & experience requirements
· Essential: Data input / case management
· Essential: Extensive telephone experience
· Desired: High Court Enforcement Experience
· Desired: Civil Enforcement Experience
· Desired: experience of Salesforce software.
