- Ensure success stories are tracked and communicated to ensure a high level of awareness
- Demonstrate innovative thinking and proactive management in bringing new ideas and
then rolled out effectively
- Develop and enhance systems and processes for delivering best practice sustainability
reporting purposes
- Execute team leadership by managing effective regional teams capable of delivery according
- Plan and prioritize activities to meet roadmap and schedule expectations
- University degree (science, engineering, math, or related fields)
- Strong operations experience in large, multi-dimensional organization with focus on
action
- Passionate about working towards a sustainable future
- An excellent understanding of the key sustainability issues for corporate occupiers of real
preservation, biodiversity, climate risk, health & wellbeing, and social value creation
- Demonstrated experience in influencing cross-functional teams
- Experience working with corporate clients, commercial property, property managers and an
- Excellent ability to build relationships with clients and their internal teams
- A strong track record integrating sustainability into organizations’ operations
- Experience working in a collaborative way with clients and other stakeholders to implement
and procedures
- Proven project management experience and excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in written and numeric work
- Ability to obtain buy-in and engagement from employees at all levels
