The Role

You'll control the airline operation on a shift-basis in line with the commercial, operational and safety aspirations of the Company and within the operational, safety and statutory procedures within the EASA reregulation's. Your have previous experience as an Operations Controller handling the complexities of an operational environment.

Experience and Knowledge

  • Experience of working within financial constraints and delivering cost effective solutions
  • Proven & demonstrable commercial awareness
  • Previous experience in a Ground Services or Customer Services role
  • Thorough knowledge of operations, crew control, air traffic and airline operating procedures
  • Knowledge of Flight Time Limitations
  • Knowledge of Eurocontrol’s slot management systems
  • Thorough knowledge of AIMS system
  • Sound understanding of EU / EASA OPS
  • Sound knowledge of Crew Control function
