mesheet & expense processing* Operations • Main contact for the Lifecycle of a Work Order from the dispatch of the work order through to completion. Including, but not limited to: distributing, updating, and closing of reactive calls on relevant systems. • Proactively drive an excellent customer journey, from call logging through to completion. • Ensure the work order handover process is adhered to (Lifecycle of a Work Order). • Monitor reactive and maintenance performance for each engineering sector to assist in meeting SLA levels. • Raising and uplifting of supplier and material Purchase Orders. • Obtaining supplier quotes and uploading onto the internal system for client approval. • Log complaints on the Complaints Database, ensure the complaint is updated regularly and closed within SLA. • Be a ‘Contract Champion’, help the team to provide an excellent level of service through building relationships with vendors, engineers and internal stakeholders. • Carry out supplier surveys on MySupplier including periodic subcontractor reviews. • Management of the engineer ordering line. • Responsible for Resource Matrix & Resource Planned Maintenance updates. • Responsible for the reporting on weekly BAU HVAC & Refrigeration performance.
