As a Operational Compliance Co-ordinator at Volkswagen Financial Services you will benefit from being part of a great team, representing iconic brands and driving your very own VW Group company car!!
We are a customer focused regulated business and comply with the FCA and Consumer Duty standards. In the role of Operational Compliance Co-ordinator you will provide support on all Operational Compliance activities across all Customer Operations departments. You will support managers with oversight and assurance that customer outcomes, business standards and regulatory requirements are being achieved in line with expectations.
Using your attention to detail and organisational skills you will strive to support the business in delivering on good customer outcomes and regulatory requirements.
About the role:
- Support the Operational Compliance Managers with an actions document to follow up and escalate customer and regulatory risks.
- Support the facilitation and documentation of the Customer Operations Committees.
- Manage the Operational Compliance query inbox and complete an initial assessment to the level of risk.
- Keep up to date with the regulatory requirements and focus areas across customer operations in order to support with queries and management of potential risks.
- Support the tracking and monitoring of Internal Audit and Compliance monitoring actions, following up with management stakeholders for updates.
- Work alongside the customer quality team to provide oversight of the customer journey to help drive continuous improvements.
- Work collaboratively with the customer operations and insights teams to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness
- Support the annual review of governance and risk control processes
Skills and Experience Required
- Organised and detailed focused
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of reviewing interactions or processes to identify inaccuracies, failures or gaps
- Strong teamwork skills whilst maintaining individual workload
- Ability to work at pace and cross-functionally no compromise to quality.
- Resilience and can meet strict deadlines
- Experience of stakeholder management at levels
- Excellent PC literacy and intermediate skills with Microsoft Office tools
- Compliance and/or regulatory experience ideal but not essential
