Position: Operations Compliance Administrator
Location: Hatfield
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) 40 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday (Days)
Salary: Up to £27,000 depending on experience

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Processing and inputting data for the Operations Management System
  • Tracking all completed routine responsibilities and ensuring missed routines are tracked
  • Have clear understanding of Performance Tracking Tool (data system) applicable to your role, ensuring performance is tracked properly and numbers are accurate
  • Put schedules into place
  • Tracking and managing performance data
  • General administration duties

We are looking for an individual that is Flexible in their approach to work and who has:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Punctuality
  • Good IT skills including a good knowledge of Microsoft programmes
  • Positive and can do attitude
  • Good communications skills both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in similar role desirable
