More about your role
As an Operations Assistant you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of all surveying tasks. Your main duties will include arranging appointments, managing diaries, and providing excellent customer service by resolving queries from customers, third parties and contractors.
You will also be responsible for administrative task such as maintaining all associated documentation, validate surveys and making sure all systems are up to date and tasks are completed in timely manner.

More about you
Previous experience within an office environment with business IT systems to produce communication would be essential. If you also have a background of social housing, property asset management or of a similar nature it would be desirable. So, if you have key eye for detail and high organisational skills this may be the role for you!
Please note: Flexibility would be required as there is occasional weekend and evening work with this role.
