Job Purpose Statement
The role of the Operations Co-ordinator is to take full responsibility for all aspects of taking, processing and delivering our products and services to our customers. Being the face of the company and being professional and courteous at all times. Using the resources and team available to them, they will ultimately be accountable for ensuring that the orders placed by our customers are fulfilled to the specification that has been requested and delivered at the time stated. This includes ensuring that the team delivers the highest level of customer service to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

You must be willing to work on a shift rota, including evenings and weekends.
Job Accountabilities
General responsibilities and accountabilities include, but not limited to:
·Shift basis working 5 on 2 off, 5 on 2 off, 5 on 3 off.
- Overall accountability for the taking of orders from customers via email and phone, processing through liaison with the kitchen staff and coordinating the delivery of food and concierge to the specific requirements stated by our customers
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and face to face.
- Providing help and advice to customers in regards to order queries
- Apply departmental upsell process to ensure every order profit opportunity has been realized.
- organise concierge shopping to be undertaken to meet the needs of the client
- Providing help and advice to customers, in regards to order queries
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers; this includes follow up phone calls after every order, recording all feedback and maintaining client preference records within the Aerochef system
- Manage and handle invoicing to ensure collections of funds is undertaken in a timely manner by the team.
- Maintain excellent customer service at all times
- Assist the kitchen with duties as required
- Assist with shift covering at Stansted when requested.
- Working shift pattern including evenings and weekends
- Assist with the general cleaning duties, up keep of the facility.
- Keep up to date records for the company for the purpose of documenting activities and providing reliable information
