As an Operations Business Manager you’ll be leading a department responsible for delivering excellent customer service across Investments Products, including Pensions. Responsible for clearly demonstrating regulatory and service level compliance.
You’ll play a key role, establishing excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders and supporting colleagues understand the complexities of the Investment Products / services / processes and systems.

What you’ll bring.
- Previous experience in operations management and/or Investments function, including pensions.
- Excellent people management and development skills, with a track record in performance management
- You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)
It would also be nice for you to have.
- An awareness of FCA COBs, CASS & Pensions rules
- Understanding and operational knowledge of Investment Products and funds.
- Strong analytical skills, able to rationalise data from several sources and create meaningful insight which can be incorporated into operational improvements/efficiencies.
- Commitment to ongoing development of self and team through use of effective coaching techniques
What else you need to know.
This is a full-time permanent role based in our Glasgow office.
The position can be offered as either fully onsite or as a hybrid role. If you prefer hybrid, we will require you to be within a reasonable distance from our Glasgow office as there will be a requirement to be onsite 2 days per week.
Our core business hours are 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday.
