Headquartered in Leeds city centre with offices in Manchester and London, we are on the lookout for an Office Assistant to join our HR & Finance team.
This is an exciting fast paced role that will be based in our head office in Leeds.
Job Role
- Travel bookings (trains, hotels, car hire)
- Setting up for meetings (food/refreshments/stationary room booked etc)
- Greeting guests/new starters
- Answering phones & transferring calls
- Processing purchase requests for the office, the PR teams and staff
- Getting post/deliveries from reception
- Maintaining the office upkeep
- Processing purchase invoices and preparing payment runs
- Managing supplier relationships and supplier set up
- Payment bank reconciliation
- Assisting with expenses
- Assisting with payroll processing
- Supporting the HR team with admin
