Marin Community Clinics, founded in 1972, is today, a multi-clinic network with a wide array of integrated primary care, dental, behavioral, specialty and referral services. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide vital health services to almost 40,000 individuals annually in Marin County. The Clinics regularly receive national awards from the Health Resources and Services Administrations (HRSA). Marin Community Clinics is seeking an entry-level project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating various projects within our organization, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the objectives of our healthcare organization. The Associate Project Manager will work closely with senior management, clinical operations leadership, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. The Associate Project Manager will report to a more senior project manager.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project deliverables meet the quality standards of the organization.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Facilitate project meetings and coordinate team efforts.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project plans.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously & independently.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience with project management methodologies.
- Previous experience in healthcare project management or related field preferred.
- Certification in project management, such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Google certificate in Project Management preferred.
- Experience using software diagramming tools to create flowcharts/visual representation of data (e.g. Visio).
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software such as Asana.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Prolonged standing and walking.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Use of mouse, keyboard and headset.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Travel between clinic sites in Marin County as needed.
All employees are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including "health-care" required boosters as a condition of employment, subject to limited exemptions. New employees are required to provide proof of being fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and boosted before the first day of employment. If you completed your primary series, received an original booster and it has been more than 2 months from that booster dose - it is recommended, but not required that you receive the Bivalent booster.

Min: USD $28.00/Hr. Max: USD $36.00/Hr.
