About the role:
We are looking for an Operations Associate to assist with the operational activities of our business and coordinate a range of administrative tasks as we expand around the globe. These tasks and responsibilities include:
· Liaising with landlords on the launch of new properties
. Conducting, scheduling and organising viewings in different locations around London
· Property onboarding processes including visiting properties and gathering information
· Coordinating the setup of new properties with our setup team
· Daily coordination with maintenance team to ensure job completion
· Ensuring properties are up to date on all utility supply requirements
· Ensuring all property certifications are up to date
. Acting as a Flex Living representative and and carrying yourself in a positive, professional way
About You:
· Experience within the property or hospitality sector is advantageous
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong work ethic
· Strong analytical and organisational skills; you are able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
· Ability to work under pressure
· Customer-centric approach to solving problems and providing best-in-class service

Salary: £22,000-£30,000 (depending on experience)
