The Team Manager will be the point of focus for people-related management in the Service Desk and be confident and experienced at both managing people at a personal and organisational level. The role will require you to lead your people and effectively communicate.
You will work to ensure your staff are engaged employees who work to support the strategic goals of the business and the objectives of your team.
Duties
- Responsible for the performance and efficiency of the teams within your area, focusing on team level performance.
- You will work to support the longer-term development of your staff, through frameworks, coaching and training as appropriate.
- As a manager you will be forward thinking and responsible for instating both tactical and strategic solutions to prevent impact and take advantage of opportunities to benefit your team.
- You will be accountable for new product and change management into your team ensuring that your business unit is an effective piece in the delivery of new products and changes for our customers and our business.
- Manage, own and lead escalations and incidents for your team making sure the customers, our business and your people are at the heart of each decision you make.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
