About the Role
You will be working across various functions within the business such as Sales and Finance, assisting the heads of department with various administration/operational tasks. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this is a office-based role where you will work from our London office and occasionally our Bristol or Copenhagen offices.
You will be working across a variety of projects contributing to the operations of the business and supporting the team.

Responsibilities
- Finance Operations
- Invoicing customers from multiple entities and systems including debtor chasing, supplier registration and management in invoicing platforms (Ariba etc)
- Manage the monthly accounts reconciliation ensuring expenses have been coded correctly, calculation of commission and bonuses and supplier procurement
- Sales Operations Administration
- Management of the annual recurring revenue administration, when it is billed, what is due and forecasts.
- Data hygiene work/help in CRM (i.e. merge duplicates, update missing information, etc)
- Review, file and audit customer paperwork
- System management with platforms such as HubSpot, Xero, Maxio, SharePoint and ZoomInfo
- General Operations
- General – pre-employee onboarding (computer setup etc)
- Support the Operations Manager with general office management
- Support with organisation and management of team and company events
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Confidence in learning, owning, using and teaching tools and systems
- Curiosity – eagerness to learn, ask questions and have an “always be learning” attitude

**Salary up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience**
