About us
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well established international children's gymnastics business located in Hampton Hill and Teddington. Our purpose is to create a warm, fun and safe environment for children aged 4 months to 12 years to develop their confidence through learning gymnastics.
We are seeking a part-time Sales & Operations Assistant with a strong background in customer service & administration support who can build rapport with our members and demonstrate their fine attention to detail.
This is a fast paced, fun environment – if you are a mature, outgoing individual who loves interacting with people and has an eye for detail and accuracy, then this is the position for you.

Salary £10 to £15 / hr depending on experience, working 3 mornings a week (Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays preferred)
To be successful and thrive in this role:
- Analytically minded, you must show clear and concise attention to detail with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Maintaining data, inputting with accuracy with suggestions of improvement where required
- Experience in using Mindbody software an advantage
- Arrange trial appointments and follow up calls with members
- Achieve high standards of quality, productivity and efficiency with outstanding results
- Committed with a great work ethos
- Able to work effectively within a team, understand company goals and strategy and approach your role with a positive and forward thinking attitude
